SERVICE & MAINTENECE
Our service department provides general maintenance and seasonal services for boats. We winterize outboards, change oil and do tune ups. We can replace water pumps and thermostats. We service hydraulic steering and trim tilt systems. We can replace bait well and bilge pumps and can service water systems. We can install electronics and replace dead batteries. Our diagnostic service is limited. If your boatrequires more extensive repairs, we may not be able to accommodate your needs. All service work must be approved by the manger. Slip Rental
Ocean Heights Marina only offers seasonal slip rentals. No daily or weekly space available. Our season is Apri 15th to November 1st. Please see the SLIP MAP page for dock layout at each of our different locations. Please contact the office by phone or email for rates and availability.
Storage
Ocean Heights Marina can store you boat (up to 30), trailer or PWC. Most storage is seasonal and priced by the foot. Our season is Summer (April to November) and Winter (November to April.) Please contact our office by phone or email to verify we can accommodate your needs. Space is limited and not guaranteed.
Fork Lift
Launch services (in or out of water) are by appointment only. We do not offer rack launch service. We can handle craft up to 30ft. Price is by the foot. Please call or email to setup forklift service. A launch request form is available on our forms & documents page.
Ramp
Ocean Heights Marina has a private ramp at our MAIN location available to all our slip customers. Non slip holders can use our ramp if a Daily Ramp Pass is purchased in our office. Use of the ramp is not recommended at LOW tide. Please plan accordingly. For more info on our ramp or ramp pass please call or email our office.
Pickup & Delivery
Need maintenance or a mid-season detail? Can not find the time to bring us your boat.
For a fee we can pick up your boat and or deliver it to you. Water and over the road quotes available. Please call or email office to arrange pick up/ delivery service.
Paint & Detail
Ocean Heights Marina offers bottom paint service for most makes and models. Including pontoon boats. Price is by the foot (length) and beam (width). Specialty paints and colors available by request. Call or email our office to schedule.
